Mark leads J.Ferm’s Middle East training and development programs. A dynamic and highly accomplished executive, Mark is skilled at leading organizational change cross-culturally. Throughout his career, he has served as a liaison between the CFO, COO and CIO, helping them manage complex, high priority projects efficiently. His work experience and global perspective provide him with solid expertise in knowing what communication and management styles stand the greatest chance of success. Mark holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from St. Bonaventure University in western New York.
