The NFNF attorneys who facilitate the course guide highly interactive sessions, which draw on the rich experience of the group. Through carefully framed idea exchanges, brainstorming sessions and exercises, participants develop and hone an action-focused plan for leveraging the course concepts and techniques to achieve measurable results within the firm.
Delivered in a flexible and customizable format, the program can be structured to center around the key management challenges faced by the firm or practice. The program consists of five 3-hour workshops which may be conducted on-site or via TeleCourse. For those states requiring Continuing Legal Education (CLE) credit for attorneys, this program can be tailored accordingly to meet that need.
