The sessions are led by a diverse team of management experts practiced in facilitating active engagement among participants in the TeleCourse format. Individuals are challenged to consider their real-world problem sets in new contexts, and to put their newly acquired skills and knowledge sets into practice.
By keeping the sessions to 12 people or less, each participant receives individualized attention to their unique challenges and fieldwork. The TeleCourse program’s proven recipe not only provides for continuous reinforcement of the skills and concepts it teaches, but it also invites participants to implement these newly acquired skills right away.
