What if a participant misses a session? |

Each session is recorded and is posted on the No Frills No Fluff ® password protected website. If a participant expects to miss a session they should let the facilitator know in advance. The facilitator will then give the participant an access code to listen to the session and a “make up” fieldwork assignment to qualify for attendance. |

How many sessions must be attended to achieve the “Management Skills Certificate”? |

Participants must complete all of the 15 TeleCourses sessions and complete all 5 Module Recaps to obtain the certificate. Missed sessions can be made up by listening to the recordings and submitting field work assignments. |
